TCM

With its long history, TCM is the oldest medical system still in use today. Over thousands of years, effective therapy methods have been developed and systematized with the help of natural philosophical concepts such as yin and yang and the five phases of change.

acupuncture

Acupuncture, as an important component in TCM, aims to activate the body's self-healing powers, to release blockages in the flow of energy and to promote health. This can lead to significant improvements in acute and chronic illnesses, as well as in pain.

moxibustion

Moxibustion causes a change in the organism and the body begins to fight the illness or disorder in order to get blockages in the organs or body systems flowing again. Moxibustion stimulates the organism to regulate itself, change accordingly and regenerate.

cupping

A traditional treatment method for eliminating harmful body substances by means of negative pressure on the surface of the body. Cupping on certain reflex zones or acupuncture points can also stimulate and positively influence the internal organs.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the medicine that we take in every day. In TCM, great importance is placed on preventing illness or effectively treating even minor health problems before one becomes seriously ill. According to Chinese medicine, nutrition according to the guidelines of the 5 elements is an essential means of achieving this.

Tibetan medicine

Tibetan medicine is one of the oldest medical systems in the world. It is a gentle medicine that is tailored to the individual nature of the person and is based on a holistic approach: the person is not seen as an isolated being, but as an organism that is embedded in its environment and is in a constant exchange of matter and information with it.

The Gua Sha scraping massage

The Gua Sha massage is used in many ways in TCM, e.g. for muscle tension, neck pain, to relax tendons and ligaments in the case of headaches, migraines, respiratory diseases, digestive problems, menstrual problems, allergies and for the prevention of complaints.
