You can book our treatments at Sakura Spa at the following times.
Monday – Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
Closed on Sundays and public holidays in the canton of St. Gallen.
Please register early by phone or email. Our reception is not manned when we are all in treatments, so our vouchers are available in our webshop.
vouchers
In our voucher webshop you can buy vouchers for treatments or vouchers for a specific amount. Choose whether you want to receive the voucher immediately and print it out at home or order it by post. You can pay in our voucher webshop with Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Postfinance or by prepayment invoice.
appointment cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, the following rules apply:
- Up to 48 hours before the appointment: no cancellation fees
- Up to 24 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: full amount of the service

Right in the centre, 5 minutes walk from St. Gallen main station, you will find us at Poststrasse 14, on the 2nd floor above the Café L'Ultimo Bacio. The lift takes you to our relaxation world in the 2nd floor
