Opening Hours
You can book our treatments at Sakura Spa during the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Please make your appointment by phone or email in advance. Our reception is not staffed when we are all in treatments, so our vouchers are available in our webshop.
Gift Vouchers
In our voucher webshop, you can purchase vouchers for treatments or value vouchers. Choose whether you want to receive the voucher immediately and print it at home, or order it by mail. You can pay in our voucher webshop with Visa, Mastercard, Twint, Postfinance, or by prepayment invoice.
Appointment Cancellations
If you are unable to attend your appointment, the following regulations apply:
– Up to 48 hours before the appointment: no cancellation fee
– Up to 24 hours before the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
– Less than 24 hours before the appointment: full amount of the service

At Sakura Spa, we accept cash, Maestro Card, Postfinance Card, Visa, Mastercard, Twint, and Pro City vouchers.
Location
Located in the center, just a 5-minute walk from St. Gallen’s main train station, you will find us at Poststrasse 14, on the 2nd floor above Café L’Ultimo Bacio. The elevator will take you to our world of relaxation on the 2nd floor.
